The wand has been moved to a new Trust Level developed a few updates ago, Trust Level 3.

This level is beyond Full trust and cannot be requested. Level 3 is only yourself, which means now the wand only works for your own bricks. No one elses.

Previous to trust level 3, you could not wand a player with full trust to delete them. It really is not the same.
He thought the thread was about it use on the bricks of those with full trust.
