It's not capitalized, it's just a rootkit.
And yes, I do know what that is, it's a program that installs itself on your computer so that it launches on startup. Major pain in the ass to remove. A well-designed one can only be removed by a little lot of computer expertise and a netboot.
Also, Microsoft Security Essentials is good. I downloaded a zip, it tried to extract itself, and MSE warned me straight away. Saved me a few ten thousand hair strands, if you know what I mean.
