Did you put it in addons? If no go to 1 if yes go to 2
1: Put the damn thing in addons
2: Start blockland press ~ look for bolterrifle and copy paste the error message or start Single player server and press ~ and do the same.

Ok here do this.

1) redownload there was a small packaging error.
2) enable in ADDONS not mod manager
3) if it does not work in game disable some addons and restart.
4) if it still does not work take a pic of the error in the ingame console and pm me the pic

I redownloaded it, but it still won't come up in the add ons menu... I don't have RTB, so I can't enable it in the Mod-Manager.

Ok then I need an error report showing the bolter rifle error. Find it post it and I'll fix it.

Edit: and seriously make sure it is in addons and disable some addons because you may have to many activated causing to many datablocks causing any other addons to not work.
