loving mosquito/spider bite.

Need a little help. 2 days ago I had a minor mosquito bite on my arm. We used afterbite and it didn't help at all. So we tried a different brand. It barely helped. It then got worse, up to today. Now it has puss in it. I have never had puss in any bruise or bite or anything EVAR. So we were thinking of popping it, but we're using that as a last resort. Anyone got any ideas? Oh, also, we think it might be spider bites. I just dunno how a spider I didn't notice came to my arm.....
