Some weapons dont do damage.

As the topic name says. Some of my weapons arnt doing damage in my minigame. shotguns and machine guns wont do any damage. But the pistols, sniper rifles, explosives, and melee weapons do. I dont have Rotondo's Zombie mod so thats not the problem. :/    IF anyone has an answer please tell me.

he doesn't have to DL rot's addon, if he has it he must enable friendly fire though, if enabled or not

also, is rot's zombies in addons? if so, you still need to enable friendly fire

It wasnt in the add-ons when this started and its not in it now.

Maybe ZAPT just sucks? Use a different add-on.

So you are saying weapons aren't doing damage at all? I suggest these steps.
1. Scan for viruses/malware
2. Re-install blockland
