UPNP Won't Enable

I host servers almost all the time and my upnp works but now when ever i start a server it says UPNP Connection Failed and i type in the those IP things that Badspot gave out and none of them work. Than i do th router gateway thing to see and it doesn't say my router IP. I have also tried reseting the router and it doesnt do anything! If someone could help me that would be great!

UPNP and port forwards cannot be enabled at the same time, In network options there should be a box checked saying "Disable UPNP" Uncheck it and turn off your ports what have been forwarded, Hope this helps.

So you can't have port forwarder enabled but you have to have uPnP enabled?
