Using a different computer. Dumbforget.
Calm your ass down. It was a joke. Jesus, people these days.

Alright, a little bit a new's
After a few hour's of working on it, we thought it was the video card that was broken, but after a few looks, it was the processor, and it was completely dead.

But, there's really good news.
My granddad managed to contact a friend, who's computer he was selling/giving to him, which is more faster then his current one(More faster than mine), so, when I come back on holiday, we're seeing if he can give the computer to my granddad, I get my granddad's computer (Really good, and for free(I think ;c), this computer can run games like Far Cry 3 etc and has like 250gig+ hard drive space with I believe 4 gig's of RAM) and I think we might sell my current old computer to someone and get a bit of money off of it, although I doubt we'll get any.

I don't think you can put just any random stick of ram in your motherboard :|
No, we had a look to see what could fit and match the requirements of the motherboard to put in the computer, I wouldn't go around and forcing them in and willingly hope they worked.

Make new computer from scratch,  use the RAM?
No, it's a old computer that we'd decided just to put a bit more RAM in it, but went HORRIBLY wrong.

Your cheapest option is either get a new hard drive or get an external hard drive.
I was thinking about this, but then again, I just didn't want to go through the hassle of putting in a new hard drive, and maybe loving up my laptop(Which I've done on this occasion, silly me).

I won't be working on my computer tomorrow because I'm off on a cruise around Spain. <3

Oh god, I feel so damn idiotic today.
I'm working on a PC, a Window's XP one, very old but is a really good machine.  Needed more RAM installing because the machine wouldn't run these new game's very well.
My granddad came up and helped me, and me and him broke it together, damn it.
It won't boot up, or anything, the screen will go on, and then flicker to idle.
Well, at least my computer isn't mega buggered, my granddad has gone down to fetch a XP boot disk, so I just hope it work's.

Also, this laptop I'm writing on can run these game's fine, but has a stuff hard drive space, so I can't really install any steam games on this machine.
Wut

Edit: Fuuu, I only looked on the first page for what I said.

Computer breaking.

A grandpa and son activity.

Hey Bloxxed, is your computer broken?

Why did you think it was a good idea to let old people help you with the computer.

How the hell do you break a computer after installing RAM?
You should've just downloaded the RAM.

External Harddrive anyone?

Usually if a computer doesn't boot up, I hear the first thing you need to check is your RAM cards because 1 or more may be faulty or not pushed in all the way (if you've just installed them).

When I installed new RAM cards into my computer it didn't boot up at first because the cards weren't all the way in.
