This is terrible. He clearly wasn't making a goodbye forever topic. He was saying how due to a new school he  will have less time on here so he was organizing a topic to have a party.

He isn't leaving. The story is he is moving to a very strict school and his parents only allow him to be on for 4 hours a day. This is a very small amount and he won't be on very much anymore. So to celebrate the limited time he has left, we were going to have a party.

But clearly he's banned now.
