The eye looks weird, the ear looks weird, the arm is too high, so is the tail, you forgot to add the brighter shading, and, you did it wrong

Other than that, I guess it looks ok, I'll let you try redoing it, then make my final decision

The reason I say it is because one, it is cut off, and two, everywhere that there is not something important, it is white, which is what you would find with image2brick.
