Author Topic: I'm starting to lose faith in Barack Obama  (Read 4972 times)

But consider the following, just for example: 1) Under Bush’s leadership, America has increased development and humanitarian aid to Africa from $1.4 billion in 2001 to more than $4 billion per year now.

He has doubled U.S. trade with Africa, and has launched the largest siege against AIDS and malaria there ever. Even though the challenge is never-ending, more than 800,000 Africans are currently receiving anti-AIDS medication thanks to George Bush’s priorities. 2) Despite pressure from many quarters, Bush has kept Alaska’s ANWAR off limits for drilling.

He has increased by millions efforts to clean America’s forests to reduce the threat of wildfires, and to restore those lost or damaged.

He has further enhanced his environmental legacy by designating more than 190 million square miles of ocean as national preserves, including Hawaii’s Northwestern Islands.

With few exceptions, America’s air, water and land are cleaner today than at any time since our industrial revolution. 3) Although Bush’s record on healthcare is a mixed bag, he gets undeniable credit on at least two counts: prescription coverage for seniors, and community health care centers.

Despite opposition from his own party, “he achieved the largest expansion in Medicare benefits in decades” as one health expert put it; especially significant “in the modern medical era in which drugs are the cornerstone of treatment.”

Also, the President literally doubled funding for community health care centers, expanding or creating 1,300 centers across the nation, several of which - Kalihi-Palama

No we should have protested naked.

Bush didn't have any method of paying for that Medicare expansion, especially with the Medicare prescription coverage. That was a good chunk of our debt that Obama is still struggling to pay off today. As for Alaska drilling, I think we should do it considering oil from Saudi Arabia and the other oil producing countries are becoming more dangerous and more controlling of their oil. As for the humanitarian and conservation information, I must give him credit for that.

Nu.  Stop hating Bush like hes a demon.
not a demon, just a moron.

Yes.
Well, in your case, sat down and finger your pusillanimous individual.

And why does Hussein feel its necessary to be all over tv, the radio, and the internet?

Yea, you say that now but I'm sure that when Bush was in office you were circle-jerking with your friends every time he stumbled over a word. When you don't like someone it's easier to criticize them over everything.
no, the funny parts are the idiotic stuff he passed. Like the completely self-serving "hey let's tax rich people less, and tax poor people more!"

or that part where he entered the US into an economic depression. that was really "unprofessional"

i want to take part in this topic but i dont know what to say.

Also the Weapons of Mass Destruction in Iraq was a classic laugh track.

So if I get teary-eyed, or when my heart is smashed because terrorists destroyed monuments of value in America, that makes me a pusillanimous individual.

Makes lots of sense.

I have some form of novice intelligence on politics.  I don't wish to go deep into arguments.

Even though we went into the Middle East for the wrong reasons, we have really helped them out.

That has nothing to do with what I said. :/
I said we had to fight back.

But you're a pusillanimous individual for saying "my heart is smashed"

And when thousands of Americans died, maybe including a couple loved ones and friends.

I said we had to fight back.

But you're a pusillanimous individual for saying "my heart is smashed"
Because a loved-one is lost and I'm a pusillanimous individual for crying

Makes perfect sense.

Where was I when this depression happened?

But you're a pusillanimous individual for saying "my heart is smashed"
The twin towers where a monument of value, and I know that we should've fought back, AND WE DID. We practically shoved a Tomahawk Cruise Missile straight up their terrorizing asses.

And yes, there were also lots of lives lost.

If Clinton was president there'd be no internet you moron

Dont worry. Obamas being a richard and buying off every store. Instead of spending it to help america. He spends it for his yardwork.
