I suggest we use random numbers.
For example, there is an app on the Iphone in which you can shake it and the numbers go into random between number A and B
Take A for 0 and B for 100 for example.
I shake.
I get 48.

In that case which I don't think is too likely, I will use this to determine a number, tell it to someone and have the two tied people to guess it. Whoever is closest will win.
