Anyways on a real note if you want to use camstudio really badly I recomend 30 fps, 70% quality. Camstudio will eat your cpu.

I have that same issue when I livestream. Google an app. I forgot what I use but it forces an app into windowed.

Ahhh here's the program you're looking for. DXWnd. Doesn't work for everything but it works.

Basicly just set a path to the game you want then run the game while this is open then bam. The game should run in minimized form. Be careful though because this interfeers with programs like your web browser.
