I'd say 3/10. You need to work on some aspects such as the kitchen and the downstairs couch. The stove could be evented so you only need one button, using toggleeventenabled.

Anyways, the house isn't bad, but it's very plain and has a few technical errors, such as the couches. The exterior is the most plain. I say 6/10.
