2. Put the rcbot2 folder into your steamapps folder.

2. put the "rcbot2" folder (inside the zip) into steam/steamapps/<email>
   so that you now have a folder called ...steam/steamapps/<email>/rcbot2/...

Yours says to put it in the \steamapps\ folder.
The readme says to put it in the "\steamapps\<username>\" folder.
