It's not incredibly detailed, but I think you have a chance of getting in.

I was at this server for a while today and I must say seeing the build in person is a lot different of an experience. And even though I am not fond of add-on bricks I think it shows a lot of skill and dedication. So I say yes because I think its worthy, but there is a lot of room for improvement as well.

Problem with builds like this: they are huge and you have to appreciate the time they put into it (its also very common for somebody to see a build this huge and think its one of the best things in the world), but it's not very impressive as far as detail goes.  I like the interior, but the exterior is just big, it isn't that impressive

Edit: this is totally unrelated but do you have some kinda texture mod?  Your brick textures seem to be very bold

The exterior walls are VERY plain. Although the interior is very nice and decent. I'm not in NWB but I'm kind of their friends. But I don't think it's their standards. But good luck and I congratualate you if you are going to be accepted.

I hate to be downer but the only way you get into NWB is if the other members look at how huge it is instead of the detail
