Yes.

I need one. Why? To host, kay?

Dedicated.bat

24/7

That means, when my computer is off, I want the server to still run.

Too bad.

I heard a VPS might work, whatever those are
Well, if you want to spend money.

Leave your computer on.

I could try that

Any other suggestions, anyone?

either pay somebody else to, or have a computer that is always on

There is no other suggestions. If your going to leave your server up, keep your computer on all day. And remember to turn off sleep.

You want a server kinda like badspots its on all the time even though hes gone, But yeah its a bad idea to leave it on while your gone you dont want anybody to get mad at any noobs out there and they might never come back to your server. Trust me, i know. And also there will be no admin there to ban any noobs and might just destroy your server like nudity or gross stuff like the word research or JUST CRAP LIKE THAT.Trust me thats why i dont go back to badspots server theres two noobs there i really dont like and mess up my builds putting gross prints!

Solution: Don't give random people trust.

Badspot's Block/Lag Party isn't hosted on his every day computer, he uses a separate but powerful computer to host his dedicated, likely the same server machine he uses to host blockland.us and the forums.

It's not easy to host a 24/7 dedi. First you need time to devote to it. If something goes wrong you're the one responsible to fix it.
