• Various small tweaks to shirt under jacket
• Added separate shirt decal

Please note: the nature of transparent decals makes the shirt work best with light colors.

It's a modified version of Plate2 with bright direct overhead sunlight, no glare, and custom stacked circle plate clouds. I could put it up for DL if people were interested.
