Author Topic: My XBox  (Read 2298 times)

My XBox is going to break because my forgetity brother can't stop playing it for a day. What happened is. On the 24th he got beatles Rockband. ever since, he's been playing it every day, all day. then it overheated and froze. I told him to wait a while. He waited 10 minutes. Then I told him to wait a day. Then he got pissed and stomped upstairs saying "Fine, if I cant play your XBox then you can't play my games!" I don't give a stuff if I can't play his games because if he kept on playing we wouldn't have had anything to play them on. Then he counted out 24 hours and said "I waited a day!" What the forget. Then he started playing. I went to tell him to get off but got in trouble. I can't kick him off because he'll find some way to run into my mom and say "He isn't being fair!" My mom isnt very smart in technical appliances so she would think that I am being unfair.

Tell her "You bought it. If it breaks then it's money out of your pocket."

you should write a report explaining why you don't want your brother on your xbox as well as the harm he could cause to it by treating it poorly.
make sure to quote reliable sources in the report.

present it to mother.

Mother declines offer to check report and thinks its bull stuff, gives other brother a peice of chocolate.

That's why PC Gamers ftw! Even if I can't find the money to buy a 460GTX yet. D= I'm only running games on medium to high settings every since I got a bigger moniter. It's calling out more resources...

This.

Tell her "You bought it. If it breaks then it's money out of your pocket."

I cant tell him that because he thinks it's a joke. He's so impatient and childish. He wants to be a doctor some day. All I can see him doing is "Money please?"

Tell your mother. Not your bratty brother.

Tell your mother. Not your bratty brother.

She won't do anything about it.

How old is he? :o

He's 12.

She won't do anything about it.

He's 12.

Tell her anyway, that if he continues to play nonstop, it will break.

He's 12.
:I

Kids are impatient sometimes. And consoles break, it isn't that grave of a deal. Just try unplugging the Xbox and putting it away for a while, then explain to your mum rationally that no one can play it, including yourself, or it will break.

I his the power brick. But he got the old one. I had a previous XBox but he played it all day every day when ever he could and he literally melted it. Granite. I didnt help the situation. But I played a hell of alot less then him.

Hide the Xbox when he isn't home and tell him the tooth fairy took it.
