It's like nuking a country that annoys you. seems like a simple and effective solution but the rest of the countries in NATO/UN/EU will flip a stuff and kill you; Mutually assured destruction. only with that torture idea it'll be a retaliation from the majority of the United States. I mean if richard Cheney wants to do that in the privacy of his own basement that's perfectly fine. but broadcasting it is kinda forgeted up in any sense.
