ToT is abusive.. i was on Burt's server (where i was admin, as well) and ToT kept dwanding my build using longrange dwand. he then proceeded to do so when i placed the duplicate, and it was impossible for me to build. ruined my day :(

I had to ban him a couple of times from a friends server. He kept building plates that took up all the lots in the City RP, and the paths connecting them blocked the roads.
