Recently on the Youtube website, a group of hackers (called "trolls") are currently abusing the DMCA to suspend channels they mostly don't like, have a grudge against them, but mostly channels featuring Nintendo games walkthroughs. Strangely, there is nothing in the DMCA that mentions the video game company in question. The rest of the Youtube users seem to take this case very seriously, but unfortunately the Youtube staff are not capable to ban all the hackers/trolls manually.
