Blockland for DS is impossible considering the amount of binds required and the graphics plus the amount of processing power needed for BL, but it MAYBE could be on 3Ds, since you also have an brown townog nub, but it would be possible on all 7th generation consoles, just use the D-pad to move bricks, yet, how would add-ons be possible? It would be easy on the Wii, since it supports SD cards, but a bit harder on the Xbox 360 and the PS3, since you would possibly have to get transfer cables, or buy packs of add-ons on their respective marketplaces, or just use flash drives for the XBOX360 and PS3.
BOTTOM LINE, blockland on DS is impossible.
