Wow Tom I already am getting a free version of Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit from my bro it was scratched so he just goes and tells the people who gave it to him it was scratched at the University and boom new copy lol.  And I do belive you can just tell it to transfer old files over to the new one you do know.  Then again I know what it's like to almost lose your harddrive heheh.

Ask your bro to send a copy to Chicago. I cannot afford to get the 64 bit version. I am really just fine with wiping my HD AGAIN.
