Author Topic: Full-screen videogame recorders?  (Read 1555 times)

I wanna make a Half-Life 2 video; what's the best way to record in-game?

FRAPS. Look it up.
Edit: It might not have full screen support but it's worth a look (It does cost money though). Or Camstudio if you don't mind a little lower quality (Free).
Edit2: HyperCam is worthless for games unless you have a super computer.

FRAPS does have full screen support...

Can't you look this stuff up yourself?

Also, WeGame is like FRAPS, only the videos don't take up as much goddamn space and you can record as long as you want without a watermark.

I download it and it crashed after logging in.
you're doing it wrong because it works fine for me and everyone else

Or you can record with xFire (Free), Source Recorder (Free), Screentoaster (Free), or Fraps (What I use)

For Half Life 2, use the source recorder. It's really good.
