Droid Incredible owner here, all of my Droid experience is based on it, so I can't generalize.
The Incredible has 7 Home screens to use, where you can place different widgets (clock, weather, Google toolbar, calendar, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook...etc. etc.) for easy access and apps. Droids have significantly less apps than iPhones, but I've very rarely been at a loss for the app I'm looking for. Droids offer Flash, which is a very nice advantage, especially over the iPhone. Droids can also be "jailbroken" in a sense, not that you really need to considering how much they do, a process called "rooting". Live Wallpapers add to your phone with animated, interactive scenes, though some user-made ones can use more battery power than you may want. The battery power of the Incredible is somewhat unsatisfactory, but with a few tweaks, it can be extended significantly. The cameras of the Incredible and newer are at least 8 megapixels, and a very near update will add 720p video recording.
