There's a difference between Droid and Android, just FYI. Droid is a series of phone, Android is an operating system used by Droids and a handful of other phones.

What? Anyway the Nexus One's boot animation is available for download and can be put on most if not all Droids. The Incredible is getting a new boot animation (low YouTube quality but this is the only video I could find because barely anyone has it yet) in the update I mentioned anyway, and the Droid X already has a pretty kickass one.

The Droid Incredible is 0.03 inches thinner than the Nexus One, and the Trackball is optical, meaning you're essentially running your finger over a camera instead of a regular trackball. The Droid X is 0.11 inches thinner than the Nexus One. Froyo is on its way to the Incredible, and the X if it's not already loaded with it. Droids have beautiful 3D graphics as well.

I do agree, the incredible, is loveier than the nexus one, hardware wise, but the nexus one does have the bit edge ups,  (Especially now that it has froyo)
Keep in mine, the video is before, the nexus one got the software boost. (I have not watched too much of the video, so I have no idea what phone it's going for)

Nexus one is slightly better than the incredible. But the incredible looks slightly better than the nexus one (Looks, as in hardware wise)

After watching that video almost all the way through, I want the incredible. Lol, definitely what I will try to get next time my contract is up.
