In short: Pesterchum is a real-life version of the chat program used in MS Paint Adventures.

It looks sketchy to you guys because it's supposed to be a copy of an imaginary program, it's not supposed to be all flashy and pretty. This is probably more interesting to MSPA fans than anyone else.

after downloading I opened it so I suppose that is what you mean.

No, I mean you have to take the files in the zip folder and put them in another folder.
