You don't notice everyone wearing Libya's flag?
It's funny because I had a project to do that involved different groups breaking into countries and simulating the UN. I was picked for Libya. We were told to make our flags. We got a green piece of paper and said done :D
And the green square is a new mark that's given to users that have spammed furry research. It can't be removed unless by an administrator.
