These things have gotten into the cap of my water bottle twice. The first time I thought it was part of my donut but spit it out anyway. And the second time I was lucky enough to see it was in there and put it in the sink so I could pour hot water on it. But the thing came back up so I had to leave the water on for like a minute to get rid of it. I hate these bugs.
