You have a point... but maybe he needs to work on anger issues. Crying really isn't appropriate, or needed. It's a videogame. Its fun. He was treating it like his life depended on it. It kills the fun when somebody shows up and starts crying at his videogame self dying. I have met many mature 8 year olds.
