Well, I ended up getting a quad of JJ 6L6's, a Tung-sol 12AX7 for v1, a JJ ECC803S for v2, and a Sovtek 12AX7LPS for v3.

I wish vacuum tubes weren't so expensive. If they weren't I'd have tube amps laying all over my room.

The JJ power tubes just came in. Warming up now.

How would you use them in paintball? I imagine he's using them for an amp from the title.

Some paintball chambers use certain powertubes. But the look of these look like amp tubes.

Not for guitar amps. Somehow they're still superior to transistors. They sound less artificial.
