Cant run Dedicated server

When I try to run a dedicated server it crashes and in the server list it shows that i have no ping.
Help please!?

Yes I can run a normal server just fine but i cant run a dedicated server for some reason

Happened to me before, it could be one of your add-ons... Try disabling all of them but the defaults and run a dedi.
