2.8 or higher isn't really considered "low". Anything below 2.8, yes.

If its below 3.2GHz for a dual core, maybe its low.
Quad core, 2.8 or better will be fine for gaming.

Like I said. Dual core should be fine with most games.

Also screw the alarm clock, I'm going to freeze myself in the refrigerator for 10 hours then thaw myself out.

I've said this to multiple people.

Intel don't sell video cards. They don't even sell video chips. They just make the video chips and send them to manufacturers to be directly soldered onto a motherboard. All Intel graphics are integrated graphics chips. Integrated graphics are usually the "south bridge" on a motherboard as far as I know but I could be wrong on that, but it does not mean all south bridge chips on motherboards are integrated video chips.

The only purpose for Intel video chips is easy graphics, whether its just simply rendering the desktop to Flash videos or even movies. My Dell laptop for example has one of the most simple basic Intel graphics chips that can't even do 720p videos on Youtube.

I have a 2.33 GHz intel quad core.  Works well for gaming, haven't had a game not run well because of it.  RAM is another story though. :/
