Yes, it is sideways. It's mounted to a wheel and can there fore be turned up and down (loading animation includes turning it down to insert the arrow?)

ok two notes about ALL those models

1: i broke approximately half of the animations: fixing them now
2: they look better with player body motion. in other words, when you swing them, make the player do stuff like plant or jump

also you forgot to change the length of the blade on the item.
