You host a server named "Family RP"
You permanently ban everyone for random reasons.
There you go , a banlist.

You don't need to "set up" a banlist - it will be there for you and whenever you ban someone, they will appear in the list.

If he has been on your server , use the brick list.
If he hasnt , use the /ban command.

If you don't know the name use put a random characters in the name field.

The reason cannot have spaces, you must use underscores.

Go to C;// (as i presume you installed default setings) anyways, C://Blockland/Config/server/ and theres a txt file named BANLIST.
Type something like this:
Admin/ID                  Player/ID                     Reason                                                           Time

"Vaporeon 15634   jolt   17420            -_-                                                                -1   -1"

But only the stuff in the quotes.

And Im not sure about the time thing, but thats permaban up there.
