Internet keeps dropping out. Help :C

I dont know what the problem is. I checked all the cables and cords and crap. Everything is plugged in. When I connect, the little connection icon says "Connected! Signal Strength: excellent" But I cant use the internet or Skype.

Unplug the router and modem, wait 5-10 seconds, plug it back in.

It reboots the router and modem which can often at times fix problems.
