This isn't KC material.
First off, it's big and without and interior, it makes it feel empty. Especially with the windows. Second, even if you didn't use the duplicator you used the same design throughout the hall making it seem... weird. Third, you obviously made it super big to make it look more amazing.

You also missed a bit in the front roof, you can see it in the first picture.

I would say no, it's big and empty.

It needs interior, while the exterior doesn't have much detail, I'm going to have to say no.

The roof is very nice, I like the borders and all, but the exterior once again just lacks more detail.
Something else caught my eye in the 5th picture with the side detail, I see some minor 1x1 spam.
