Things took a sudden turn for the worse. I know this must be terribly sad and terrifying for you, but the last thing you want to do is let it get to you. Continue with life, and try not to think of it too often.

every family has a history of diabetes, heart disease and cancer.
so if every family has a history of it, then it is not genetic is it? logic demands this is not luck or random, or passed down.

when will people learn that these things are not genetic, and are specific in the personal health and lifestyle of individuals.

Man, I feel for ya. My grandfather is in the hospital. The next few months could be the last of his life. I really feel for you, Pengie.
