I think you should just break up with her.  If I had a GF and she sent a text like that to my parents (or me, for that matter), I'd dump her faster than you can say bitch (and I rarely say bitch). If your girlfriend is going to get you into tons of trouble by doing dumbass stuff, there's no reason for you not to dump her.
