You used your teeth to rip up a pillow :\
Not sure about that :/

Rosli, I never have gone to a therapist.

I think they stopped and what happened 2 days ago was just something out of the blue. Hopefully.

Now that I think about it, It's almost like a zombie disease. Which is kind of cool.

But not cool.

Edit: We already cleaned up all the fluff/whatever it is from the pillow.

But we still have the pillow. I will try and get pictures.

That is actually highly forgeted up.  I feel bad for you.
Any childhood trauma to cause this?  Perhaps a bad uncle? :P

I used to have night terrors when I was young, but they stopped a long time ago. Nothing to what you experienced though, it only happened while I was asleep.

Anyone ever experience exploding head syndrome? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exploding_head_syndrome
I think I used to, actually. I would be almost asleep, and I would hear this BEEP and jerk awake, startled. It didn't happen to me very often, and hasn't happened to me for several years. And, I know that nothing in the room caused it. I never told anyone about that.

Holy loving stuff that happens to me sometimes while sleeping. I've always just disregarded it though, and went back to sleep.

Anyways that reminds me. Sometimes whenever I change/stop taking my medication, I get brain zaps. It basically feels like your whole world gets turned inside out for a second, and leaves you wondering what the forget just happened if it even did.

In other words:  He wants you to put a paper with "Cyanian" on it next to said pillow. :P

Ontopic:  That is really harsh man.  Have you talked to any sort of professional about it?  I mean, not to sound paranoid or anything, but you should really find out more about it.

I started to have REM. Which is random eye movement.
It stands for rapid eye movement bro

Gra-Gra=Grabbin PEELZ reality

/Anyways the only thing I get occasionally is nosebleeds :c

Bumping 'cause I want OP to see my previous message which he could have missed since it was the third edit.

What you have is called Sleep Paralysis. This is fairly common and can be induced by some by staring at a single point at the ceiling in the dark.

:o

That could be it.

Holystuff i may have exploding head syndrome

sometimes, until i was nine
i would suddenly hear a sound similar to  aglassofmilk's stun grenade add-on
or in wargames if your hit with artillery and theres the ringing
or an EKG monitor flatlining

You mean the kind of high pitch sequel thing you hear? Not really a ringing, but it sounds like this?

If so, I get that all the time. It's not exploding head syndrome. It's something to do with ear pressure or something.

REM is Rapid eye movement, not Random eye movement. Stop pulling things out of your butt.
