This Guantánamo Bay judge, Joshua Claus, admitted today in the first full war crimes tribunal of the Obama administration that he threatened 15-year-old Omar Khadr of Canada (yes, of Canada) - charged with killing an American soldier with a hand grenade during a firefight in Afghanistan when he was shot twice in the chest - that unless he confessed to his crime, he would be gang-raped until he bled to death. Khadr was 15 years old at the time of his arrest and confession.
