I believe this is his creepy ass way of saying "I'd like to meet you."

...

hoa2getid without exposure to RTB?
join a server with RTB I'm pretty sure, or Ephi puts them in manually.
Look I doubt these people have RTB, yet they are logged into it.

I'm saying you can find me in Sket's server or whenever I host TDM or such if you feel like being a stalker or something.

It doesn't matter, if she has joined a server chances are is that she joined one with RTB. If she hasn't then she's not on RTB. Simple as that. Stop being butthurt because I'm right.

...?
nothin, just hit F2 ingame, or go to advanced options and enable seeing IDS in F2 list. Then tell us.

So I'm already on this rtb thing?

Return To Blockland is a massive modification add-on for Blockland. It includes an in-game download manager, an IRC chat client, intuitive Add-On manager, and more. One of the features RTB includes is a list of all BL_IDs and their names. You can access this here and look up anyone by name or ID or view the max ID collected. However, since RTB is not officially integrated into the game (although it is supported), the game does not have access to top-secret databases. It collects data itself via it's users and their servers. Once you join an RTB server (more likely than not one of your first three), your ID will be logged into this database along with your name for other player's use.

Other players use?
For example, I stopped playing Blockland for quite some time, so when I came back I used the database to check the last playtimes of my closest friends. A lot of them had changed their names, and the other few I was able to meet up with via IRC or finding them in a server.
