I got a new fan for my computer and put it in a new case. No over-heats, but now I cant watch a damn video or even play any games without it freezing and doing earrape.

My fan is loud in general, it doesn't bother my computer.

Although, I did vacuum it and cleared the dust.

When I pulled out the stuff from my old case, I noticed both my fans get coverd in dust really quick, so I switched to a case with a fan on it and shot em with a can of compressed air. It didnt do this before, so is there a chance something in it bend?
