I made out fairly well against the... monsters.

The fire storm actually ended earlier than I expected. The military released some sort of gas into the air that is supposed to keep the spiders from mutating the way they have been and they think they've found the core of the bio-mass. As for the zombies...

Well, their doing all they can. I'll be heading back to my house later if the situation has improved to make sure it hasn't been totally ripped apart by the spiders.
