Why are you not supposed to break blisters before they naturally break?

Everyone says not to.

For the love of god no pics, I have my own blisters to take care of

Using your fingers/fingernails could cause an infection.

Just don't.

They can get infected and stuff.

The plasma solution will promote growth of new cells and expedite proper healing and broken blisters can occasionally become infected.

What if I break it open and pour hand sanitizer into it?

That wouldn't be a good idea either, since Hand Sanitizer (usually) contains alcohol.

I've broken blisters before (Not blood blisters, the ones with the white solution, Not sperm -_- , in them.)
Nothing bad happened.

You know what alcohol does?

Sterilizes stuff.

But still, if they get infected, there's the small chance you could die.

Small, but it's still there.

Well anyways, it still wouldn't get the job done.

You need pure cleaning stuff.

And then it hurts as hell...

But it does the job with a painful outcome :/

Just keep it clean and leave it alone. You don't need to do anything else although I suppose an antibiotic band-aid wouldn't hurt. Putting hand sanitizer on any wound is a stuffty idea and I hope you were joking.
