The law is absolute. Regardless of what you think it's illegal to have love with kids and animals.
And common sense deems it wrong.
As much good as the law does, it also does wrong.
The major reason is that it doesn't take into consideration for the cause of things. Only the fact that these things have been done and that paper deems it wrong.
Common sense shouldn't be considered into something that actually requires complex understanding, especially when it's something a majority, if not all, of humans do not truly understand. I think saying that is enough to make it not actually common.
I'm going by the basic age group that of which child enthusiasm targets. Usually, someone isn't considered a child enthusiast for having love with someone 13+, because, in the common situation, puberty will have already hit. However, most of these "child enthusiasm" cases run a long the lines of young girls, being under the age of 10, and being raped. Many men in high school have love with women who are younger, however, they don't consider themselves to be child enthusiasts.
I understand this, and I do find that wrong.
By using the definition for child enthusiasm (which is the obviously proper format in which to use it), it completely draws out your popular standard belief, again. You keep throwing in "oh anyone under 18 is underage and if they have love it's rape!" when that's not what I'm going off of, and it's obvious that I'm not.
My points aren't only directed at you, however. You should understand that a lot of people do not take the time to think of actual meanings. I've seen many cases where a teen/young adult was actually called a child enthusiast by others simply for being only two years older.
