Effing Charter Guy, Why does he work?

We called charter because our internet was being handicapped.

The Charter guy came out and, instead of keeping the modem in the current position where both me and my mom's computers had good connection, he moves it too the living room.

Last time i checked, Signals don't go through walls very well.

He said, "The modem was shot."

So he moved it.

How does that fix anything? D:

I had charter, and had to deal with crap like that all the time. The final straw was when our Moxi box died and we needed a new one, instead of giving us another moxi box they gave us something that was like what we had five years ago. Then when we called to get a moxi box like we should have they but us on a waiting list and said it should be replaced in a week. So we switched to AT&T.

I get my internet from Cox Communications as far as I know, and it sucks ass.

Call the Charter people and say that the charter guy that came out did nothing to fix the problem (i hope you wrote his name down) and tell them his name, and that if they don't fix it you will switch to a new company. (They should send a guy that knows what he's doing out.)
