Author Topic: Hacking?  (Read 2666 times)

You're an idiot.
Do you want a loving console log?
We'll see who is handicapped then.

I forgot my internet explorer messes up for unknown reasons with the new router if I PF.

I suppose they could do an DoS attack on your computer with your IP, but most routers will stop that. DoS attacks aren't even really hacking.

Right.

Yeah so you can't get "hacked" in any way by hosting on Blockland, whether you port forward or use UPnP.

That's not hacking, it's just spamming a server kind of. And it's illegal. If you effectively want to stop something via DoS you'd need a lot of people to do it.

You're really stupid.
An occasional disconnect packet isn't hacking, it's normal server operation.

Anyone can get your IP simply by just connecting to your server.
Can it work backwards?

Can it work backwards?
Wait, you have an IP and you can get its server? What?

Wait, you have an IP and you can get its server? What?
You know what I meant.

And in case you didn't for some reason, I meant getting people who comes to your server's IP addresses.

Yes, it can work backwords actually, just type the ip into the server connect box.
Or if that's not what you meant, yes, you can get the IP of any server you connect to.

That's not the "reverse".
talk(findclientbyname("namehere").getRawIP());

talk(findclientbyname("namehere").getRawIP());
I'm going to have to save that.

I put this on a file under notepad because it seems useful.

This logs chat, bans, status, and dis/connections. Along with the connections are the IPs.

No that's not my actual IP address as anyone with the slightest Internet knowledge will instantly know. It's my LAN address.

10.#.#.# is a reserved range for LAN use. Or is it just 10.1.1.#? I forget precisely which.

That's not hacking

I should have realized that...

Unless of course Poiuyt joins.
