That's exactly like Empires Mod. Empires Mod is actually quite fun when you don't have a douchebag commander.

You can do that in Empires Mod though too but most of the players have their heads up their asses or are too busy trying to not get raped. Also it's fun building walls around the enemie's commanding vehicle. Epic troll move is epic.
