I've encountered him many times. The first, simply participating in a challenge on Chao's server. I made a suggestion simply informing Chao that the "Leader Board" should be based off of how many deaths it took, as opposed to the first person finishing it, and so on. He told me to talk to berry, for he had started the board. I talked to berry, and berry simply had a snotty attitude about it, saying "then make your own" (which I couldn't because I didn't have the ability to build). I was then muted by Chao for trying to reason with Berry. This took place possibly a month ago, I don't recall the exact date.
Two days ago, I was in Nicro's server. Berry was constantly leaving the minigame and annoying players with vehicles. Nicro was fed up after a point, so he unadmined him, and banned him. Berry stated "you'll regret this" via rtb's channel over IRC, to Nicro.
Today, I saw him again. Constantly saying "fail Lalam" whenever I died in this specific deathmatch. The result of his constant remarks was the following:
He sees his older brother as being some sort of God. I've only just heard of Chao, and I've never seen anybody throw him praise.
